OBJECTIVE
To present the work carried out by the SHERPA Multi-stakeholder Platforms (MAPs) during 2021 on three themes relevant to the implementation of the rural vision:
- Alternative rural futures (foresight exercise).
- Change in production and diversification of the rural economy.
- Climate change and environmental sustainability.
- Highlighting good practices identified in SHERPA and other Horizon 2020 projects.

- Desirable futures/Future rural scenarios.
- Climate mitigation & adaptation.
- Environmental services.
- Digitalisation.
- Farm diversification and food chains: new business models & employment.
- Bioeconomy & sustainable management of resources.
